Community researchers are encouraged to submit contributed talks and posters for consideration.

The main Science Symposium takes place November 3–5 in Florence. Programming on November 2 and 6 is reserved for small, invited groups of current Schmidt Sciences awardees and Observatory System leadership.

Interest forms will be reviewed on a rolling basis. While the deadline to submit is September 8, we strongly encourage you to complete the form as early as possible, as participant review and planning will begin before the submission deadline. Selected participants may receive invitations to register before September 15.
