Code of Conduct

The Schmidt Observatory System Science Symposium is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free experience for all participants.

We follow the principles of the American Astronomical Society's Code of Ethics and Anti-Harassment Policy for Meetings. Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation of any kind will not be tolerated.

If you experience or witness a violation, you can:

reach out to any member of the Schmidt Sciences team; or
submit an anonymous report using this form.

Reports are received by 2-3 dedicated ombudspersons that will be confirmed here closer to the Symposium. All reports are handled promptly and confidentially to the extent possible.
